Dear District Project Officers / District Associates,Greetings from SSJM FAMILY – Swachh Evam Swasthya Jagrukta Mission.OFFICIAL NOTICE / PROGRAMME POSTPONEMENT ORDERDate: 02 September 2026Subject: Postponement of all Meetings, Training Programmes and Field-Level Activities due to heavy rainfall, waterlogging, thunderstorms and adverse weather conditions.This is to officially inform all District Project Officers, District Associates, District Coordinators, Block Coordinators, Mahila Swasthya Mitras, Swasthya Mitras, Volunteers, Members and concerned office bearers that several areas across different States and Districts are currently experiencing heavy rainfall, severe waterlogging, thunderstorms, strong winds, lightning and other adverse weather conditions.These conditions are causing difficulties in normal transportation, public movement and the safe conduct of field-level activities.Keeping the safety and well-being of all SSJM FAMILY Members, Volunteers and Team Members as the highest priority, SSJM FAMILY has decided to postpone all previously scheduled District Meetings, Training Programmes, Field Meetings and other related offline programmes with immediate effect.POSTPONEMENT PERIOD02 September 2026 to 15 September 2026During this period, no offline Meeting, Training Programme, Field Meeting or related SSJM FAMILY programme shall be conducted at State, District, Block or local level.All District Project Officers, District Associates, District Coordinators and Block Coordinators are requested to immediately communicate this decision to all concerned Members and Volunteers in their respective areas.Everyone is also advised to avoid unnecessary travel or field activities during adverse weather conditions and to follow all applicable safety and administrative instructions.RESUMPTION OF PROGRAMMESAfter 15 September 2026, SSJM FAMILY will review the prevailing weather and local conditions and accordingly reschedule and resume the Meetings, Training Programmes and Field-Level Activities.The revised date, time and venue of each programme will be communicated separately through official SSJM FAMILY communication channels.All Members, Volunteers and Office Bearers are requested to maintain safety and caution during this period.
